No ones life is untouched by nicotine craving. Most all of us has someone you care about in their lives at war with this habit or someone you care about in their lives who has died from nicotine linked diseases. We almost all know that smoking or other wise ingesting nicotine is at best not good for us and at the worst probably will kill us with a long creeping agonizing death, so why on earth do we do it? Many people like to accumulate up the money they save not buying cigarettes to invest in themselves trips, gifts, etc. The greatest award that you will receive from your determination to adhere with your fight to gain power over smoking is the dignity you will feel, the boost to your self appreciation and knowing that you can do anything you set your mind to.
